About Tux Racer

Tux Racer is a simple penguin racing game based on OpenGL featuring Tux, the Linux emblem Penguin. The gamer must slide down a mountain covered either with snow or ice as quickly as possible.

Tux Racer allows the user to impersonate Tux the Linux Penguin as he races down the sloaps in the mountains. The game includes a variety of gameplay options, including racing courses in the fog, night races, and under powerful winds. Win every course to unlock extra game tracks and cups that will lead to more exciting and challenging oportunities. Features of the game include:
